I had an incredible stay at this hotel on the beautiful hills overlooking the beach. Room was very clean with comfortable beds. Hotel facilities, such as the small pool and restaurant were excellent. Transportation service to the bus station and airport was very convenient.
Almost perfect.

Had a great Christmas stay with my partner, perfect location with stunning views of the coast for miles and its surrounded by greenery. The small restaurant provides delicious food with a warm family atmosphere, the shuttle service takes you down the hill to the bus stop so you can catch the bus down to Batumi at your convenience.
Our room was comfortable but a bit stuffy, the windows weren't large enough to provide enough ventilation which made it feel a bit cramped. The walk down the hill to catch the bus can be a bit tiring if you aren't prepared for it, but the view does make it worth it.

Spectacular View and Friendly Staff the hotel had a breathtaking view of the sea and surroundings. the hotel is located within walking distance of the beach, which was a major convenience.
No Comfortable Bedding and Hot Bathroom Unfortunately, the beds and pillows were not very comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. the bathroom was quite humid and had no ventilation, making it feel very hot and stuffy.

The guesthouse is situated up in the hills with beautiful views down to the beach and away from the hustle and bustle of the busy beachfront. It's easy to get a ride down to the beach or bus station. the food in the restaurant was delicious with outstanding value. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hosts provided free airport transfers. Guests can enjoy the refreshing pool and homemade black wine.
